M09 A communication training is incomplete without skills for Navigating Feedback, Conflict, And Difficult Conversations.  In this module, we call back some of our earlier themes of the brain and trauma, recognizing that everyone is socialized to conflict differently. Then we dive into how to give and take constructive feedback, effectively navigate conflict, and tackle difficult but crucial conversations in a way that’s both sensitive and professional.  This module loops in many of the previous foundational skills and concepts, and give you yet another practical way to apply them in your respective communities.
